1. unfortunately the room the hotel had reserved for them was not ready until almost 4pm & they were left to roam around for 2 hours because they couldn't access the pool area without a room key & weren't given our message till they actually had checked in.

3. One tging don't pay for strip view as we did and our friends didn't and they got a better view, I complained but unfortunate to no avail (only complaint).
