1. We asked for a missing DND sign and he needed us to explain 'DND = do not disturb' before he told us to call housekeeping from our room.

7. They offered us a mini suite, security took us there, it also appeared to be occupied, security did not wish to disturb another guest at that late hour, management then told him to take us to another suite, a deluxe one this time.
