2. Management indicated they were waiting for a slow period to repair the heater, but I wonder if that's not just a fact of life since the heater is in the back of the hotel.

6. Typical suites accomodation but service was very slow - took half an hour to get a TV remote and even longer for some simple room service.

7. Good location, nice room, quiet, staff friendly, responsive, not as knowledgeable as expected for hotel this size, in-house restaurant has excellent chef but service was slow & poor for needs of business traveler.
