2. The bathtub had sliding glass doors which moved only when a strong man ( me ) tried it and then made a horrible noise like a chalkboard scratch.

4. I fully agree with some of the comments that staff are rude in this hotel, the receptionist with name tag of Ashley is horrible, I have never met any hotel staff with such manner.
