1. The front desk staff bends over backwards for you, they are almost scary at how they are able to solve some pretty tricky issues.

2. though i was glad to be on the second floor, the atrium is huge and seems scary if your drunk when you come back to your room.

3. They should build a bigger wall where the apartment complex borders the hotel as the neightborhood is scary and I would not walk it after dark.

4. There is no shuttle to the strip they just tell you to head down the block to catch the Monorail but the neightborhood is very scary and I wouldn't walk it at night.
