1. I did find the A/C fans from the casino and food facilities on the roof outside the room to be a bit annoying the first night but had no trouble sleeping after that.

3. The fan noise was annoying at night, though - we turned on our air conditioner to drown out the fan noise, but that just made it even louder in our room.
