I couldn't believe it, and was wondering what I was doing wrong, when the next day I found the book on the coffee table that explains how to use/work everything in the 1 bedrooom apartment, and the directions said it could take UP TO 2 HOURS FOR ONE LOAD IN THE WASHER AND UP TO 3 HOURS TO DRY IT.
