1. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the valet service is free (so don't forget to tip generously), and they even had a store on-site in case you forgot something (which we did use for Zip-Loc bags, though overpriced the convenience was appreciated).

4. A few things to be aware of:- the lobby Market is VERY overpriced and you'll definitely want to bring your groceries or take one of their free shuttles to the supermarket.
