1. It is nice, the staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible (the Managers, not so much, downright condescending and rude if you dare compare their property to another) for the prices they want to charge, the value is just not there.

4. Pool is awesome - great service, great temperature and respectful guests (we went swimming at Mandalay Bay as well and many of the guests were rude and loud - lots of posturing going on).
