2. Disadvantages--Not close to Anything, needs a lot of remodeling, terrible excuse for a breakfast.

3. The pool was overrun by out-of-control children who were throwing every kind of missile and the management refused to stop the terrible behavior even though guests couldn`t enter the pool area safely, as a result.

4. One warning, although this really isn`t the hotel`s fault - Austin water tastes TERRIBLE, so you might want to stock up on some bottled water.
