4. There was a bug that I found on the way out of the bathroom after taking a quick shower, and as I was cleaning myself, I saw long strings of hair on the towels.

9. The rooms are poorly lit, the carpet is old and not particularly clean, the outside steps are wobbly, the towels were stained, and there was a gap under the door of approximately 1/2 inch, letting in bugs and heat.
