8. Itinerary with my personal information back when I checked in - went back to retrieve it with no effort made to find it, ice maker non-operational & the only ice machine was near the office was locked, stains on carpet, spent much time trying to get items that were supposed to be in the room like coffee maker, pots & pans, silverware, plates, glasses, etc - Would not like to stay here again.

10. The rooms are poorly lit, the carpet is old and not particularly clean, the outside steps are wobbly, the towels were stained, and there was a gap under the door of approximately 1/2 inch, letting in bugs and heat.
