1. Only issue was that our room was non-smoking and it definately smelled like smoke.
"Great location and luxurious, smoke smell though " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/14/2012 Vote
2. The location is great for 6th Avenue - but not so close that noise is an issue - and I found it easy to walk just about anywhere else.
"Great stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/6/2012 Vote
3. I've had issues at hotels before - I've had rooms changed, fees refunded, and even a fruit and cheese tray delivered in response to those issues, and the 'our apologies, please accepts' are usually communicated immediately after the occurrence, not at check-out.
"We Survived Our Stay, But I Didn't Even Get a Lousy T-Shirt " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/5/2012 Vote
4. Frankly, I was amazed the front desk didn't already know of our issues.

5. We requested a late check-in and two queen beds, and had no issues.

6. Only small issue, needed to leave the shower run for 10 minutes before any warm water came out (remember on the 11th floor), so just planned ahead the following day, but did waste a bunch of water.
"Nice Hotel Downtown Austin Good Price " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/15/2011 Vote

"Very Nice facility but ...NOISY NIGHT " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/10/2011 Vote
8. And, this was not the only example; the whole staff at the front desk were helpful with every issue and SMILED.
"Austin Awesome " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/26/2011 Vote
9. I just read the last review on this hotel, complaining about the service and the manager Matt, and ironically that was our exact issue.
"Inexcusable service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/10/2011 Vote
10. Seems like the hotel attracts a lot of younger guests staying for wedding weekends or upscale batchelor parties, noise wasn't really an issue, however the pool was VERY busy with people drinking (however no-body was mis-behaving, they weren't louts).
"great stay, minor complaints " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/29/2011 Vote
