7. If I had to complain, the room on the 6th street side of the building can be noisy from the street music but this is no fault of the hotel.

8. We had to make a noise complain at 1:30 in the morning because of the people next to us, and the night manager promptly handled the situation and offered to move us rooms - we were impressed.
