The room though quite comfortable offers no barrier to the construction
noise
- no fan or bathroom vent is available to attempt to drown out the chorus of banging and hammering.

I didn't have any problem with construction or anything else however and at least for my night the

was not excessive.

, so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the hotel for you.

The neighboring rooms/halls were a little noisy at times (happy guests), but the room did not have any street
noise
at all.

Stayed here for two nights and it was perfectly located for 6th St (couple of mins walking) while also far enough to avoid the
noise
should you wish.

They wouldn't appreciate the
noise
and hallway distractions all night long from people coming back from 6th street.
