1. The room though quite comfortable offers no barrier to the construction noise - no fan or bathroom vent is available to attempt to drown out the chorus of banging and hammering.

8. Stayed here for two nights and it was perfectly located for 6th St (couple of mins walking) while also far enough to avoid the noise should you wish.
