1. Had a two-night reservation and the staff promptly issued a refund for us canceling the 2nd night after offering to move us to another room, which I respectfully declined.

7. Another issue I had was the business center, it was only open til 10pm and if you stay there past 10, they will let you know it.

8. My next issue was the hairdryer, when used at full strength it would spark on the inside.

9. The issue I had was that it is pretty far from town and no cabs come there and it is nearly impossible to get a cab to even come out and pick you up.
