1. -Snacks: Cookies and potato chips in the room, dessert bar (that I can not comment since I did not use)-What else: Austin spirit, books to read, movies to watch, an iron and a big ironing table in the rooms.

4. Free dessert during the evenings; it's a random lottery with the dessert as molten chocolate cake, fresh chocolate chip cookies, or what have you.

5. When you come in you are greeted in a friendly manner and given a bag of treats (water, chips, candy bar, etc) which is a nice thing especially after getting off a plane where they no longer give you anything at all.
