2. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot (minor complaint, the water is very, very soft - so you feel like you still have soap on you after you rinse off).

When I called the front desk at 4AM since i could not sleep to ask for a working one I was told to wait till morning (I am checking out in the morning) So I went to the lobby to speak to the desk agent (Raj) and when I asked for a complaint form (the thing that shoul have let him know I wanted service) he said we don't have one.

7. The only minor complaint I have is that the water is 'soft' so at times it left a soapy type feeling.

8. Only minor complaint is that it`s adjacent to the freeway, and in a bit of a lower-side of town, so we heard the kids cruising by with their 'thumpa thumpa' cars.
