1. Breakfast is a real weak point - not only is it really skimpy as everyone else has mentioned, it is poorly laid out, difficult to use (it is also really dark in the room), and the server we had was pretty snippy.

3. You enter a beautiful lobby, are greeted by very friendly staff, then walk down a hallway that smells of mildew into a room (studio) which is poorly lit.
