1. Breakfast is a real weak point - not only is it really skimpy as everyone else has mentioned, it is poorly laid out, difficult to use (it is also really dark in the room), and the server we had was pretty snippy.

2. Not only does it blow directly at you in bed but it is difficult to find a comfortable temperature, especially when it's warm outside and you are under a down comforter.
