1. We were disappointed that not only was it not a hot breakfast on par with many Hampton or Comfort inns, but the fact there was no sliced fruit nor even bananas show that the effort in providing a decent breakfast just hasn't been made.

3. We were a bit disappointed that they were always full, but the free shuttle buses to the other mountains are right across from the hotel and they leave about every 15 minutes, so it's not a big problem.
