In the morning we were supposed to go to sea world (pre-paid tickets) but realized we had no clothes since our luggage was in the car infested with bugs so we had to put on our wet clothes from the night before and go to sea world wet and uncomfortable and even though the clothes were washed in hot as the best western hotel staff told us to do, I still got bit and found bugs on me when I showered again later.

2. My only complaint would be the fold out sofa bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable but luckily our slightly built 13 year old found it ok to sleep it.

3. We had 4 adults and 2 young children in the room for most of our trip and did not feel over-crowded (one of our children was in a playpen, so only one person had to sleep on the sofa - might have been a little more uncomfortable if two had to share it).

4. 4) In need of maintenance -- Sink plug was unscrewed- Light burned out in front of our room- Sofa bed barely functional, very uncomfortable and squeaky, room fan loud and rumbly- Closet missing a door5) Amenities -- Free WIFI -- worked great.

5. The positive side of this hotel, we were so tired at the end of the day from the theme parks we didn`t care how uncomfortable the bed was.
