4. people at the front desk very rude i called 5 times at the front desk because i had a roach in my room and they told me that they were going to help me, well i waited for an hour and they never show up when i went down stair to the front desk to talk to the manager the manager Quistella was very unpleasant she was very RUDE she wouldn't let me talk and then she told me that they been having pest problems for a while this was way too much to handle i left the hotel this was horrible i will never come back to this place ever ever again .
