1. On the down side, the beds were a liitle lumpy and there was a bit of noise (should have turned on the heater / cooler to drownd it out).

2. My niece is quite petite and lightweight however she still said that she could feel all the lumpy springs and the bar that runs about halfway down crosswise and had to keep shifting around to stay comfortable.

3. The sofa bed for our niece in the kids room was appalling, which I discovered when I sat on it - the springs were so lumpy and the mattress was so thin that an adult would be hard pressed to have a comfortable sleep on it.

4. My only complaint would be the fold out sofa bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable but luckily our slightly built 13 year old found it ok to sleep it.
