4. So anyhow, newly arriving guests were getting in the pool and it felt awkward telling other guests that 'you can't get in the pool yet, and we don't know when you can' Very unfortunate situation.

9. unfortunately when we checked in there were two events going on in the conference rooms, a wedding reception and a family reunion, so the hotel lobby was packed with mostly kids being very noisy and parking initially was a big problem.
