1. My biggest complaint would have to be the 2nd floor not being accessible from the main elevators.

The only complaint we would have ( and it is a very minor one) is that there was two of us in our room and there was only ONE coffee package each morning - when two of us like a bit of coffee while we are showering and getting organized for the day, we were down to a half a cup each - hardly enough to get going on.

7. Lots people complaint it's noisy but we chose to stay on the back side, instead of facing street and not many kids around our hallway, so we're ok.
