1. The other negative was our hotel room was very noisy since it faced Katella Ave.

2. We had booked a stay at another motel and were not happy with that room but from the moment we walked into the Desertpalms and were greeted by the front counter staff we were very impressed and turned the start of our Disneyland VACATION from a negative into a positive.

7. negative: Smell in the hallways was very strong cleaning agents, pool is rather small if you love to swim.

8. The only slighty negative thing I would say would be the walking distance to the actual Disneyland entrance - a bit further than expected; although, we did find a Disney shuttle (by the second day.

9. The only negative thing I can think of is that our room was quite noisy in the mornings as I think it may have been positioned underneath the outdoor breakfast area and we could hear all the chairs scraping as people pushed them in and out.
