1. I read reviews here over and over wondering if I made the wrong choice about booking here via Travelocity.

2. First on check in with two kids (this is a Disneyland Hotel)' the apparently checked us into the wrong rooms (we shared the same last name as another guest).

3. We were attending the D23 Expo and went to bed early so we could get up by 7am: our phone rang at 11pm while we were all asleep, someone from the front desk calling the wrong room, no apology, they just hung up.

4. I could tell though when the concierge Matthew was looking to see if there were any charges there must have been a note saying to check my room to make sure there was nothing missing or wrong with the room before they gave me back the rest of my $50.
