1. So here we are, my mother feeling very upset and unhappy, and our family being accused of something we were absolutely not involved in at anytime.

4. When I checked out and asked to talk to a manager to express my unhappiness for this situation I was told that is price guests have to pay if they want HBO.

6. I noticed that most of the people who had unhappy stays here had large groups or were big families, so I'm would only recommend this hotel for singles and couples based off of my experience, since we stayed in a different section of the hotel that didn't have too many children around.
