1. The bathroom was clean, except for the red stain on the wall (lipstick?) and a long black hair in the corner.

3. The only dirty culprits I found was the mildew on the shower head, a stain on the bottom of the tub, and another stain inside one of the 'unsed' coffee cups.

4. I don't know if it was blood or Kool-aid but one of the stains looked like a handprint that they tried to bleach (see pics).
