2. Only downside is the property is a hike from the park (about 3 miles) and the ART shuttle does get crowded.

3. If there was any downside to the hotel it would be that the swimming pool looks like a complete after thought consisting of a small (for a hotel of this size) rectangular pool directly adjacent to the parking lot, theres very little space and privacy provided.

4. The only downside to this is that you need a room key to access the underground one which could prove inconvenient if you are just arriving and there are no spaces in the outside lot.
