1. This was our 4th stay at Camelot in 2 years and we were supposed to stay again in November but staff is so unfriendly I am looking for a different option at this time.

Stayed here for 10 days in March, on arrival staff were adequate but unfriendly, no hello, no name just stated 'are you checking in' (I thought this was obvious with a party of six with bags arriving on an airport shuttle bus, presenting at the check in counter),they did the necessary details handed keys and sent on our way.

3. Customer Service: the woman who checked us in was very curt and unfriendly, but most of the other people we encountered were at the very least, polite.
