Talking to staff was difficult which came as a surprise, most staff it seems have english as a secong language, maid staff didn't speak english at all, ask for extra towels and got a blank look and reply 'no speak english', had this problems in non english speaking countries, never in an english speaking country.

2. Room was spacious, we had a family suite which was more than adequate room wise for our family of six, rooms are a little bit tired but ok, mattress was very tired with clear depressions on each side which made sleeping difficult.
