Pluses: -Mildew/mold free bathrooms-Good water pressure-Clean rooms-Easy parking-Good TV reception-Very efficient heaterMinuses:-Beds were a bit hard for my taste-Pillows weren't firm enough-No 'Do not disturb' sign-Room was a bit noisy, but it was located next to the icemaker, pool, and elevator.
