1. The only downside we came accross was the pool staff, they were slow and unattentive when you wanted a drink from the bar and at this price breakfast should be included other than this I would strongly recommend this hotel.

2. On the downside:- the sheets on the bed were made out of a polyester blend and made a sound like someone wearing corduroy pants when you moved in bed.

3. Only downside, no breakfast room, but excellent restaurant on-site, Mollys, otherwise short walk to other food outlets.

4. Check-in and check-out was painless, but the only downside was that I asked the Hotel Services desk for advice on 3 occasions.
