4. The room was clean, but it's outdated, the so-called high speed internet is slow and has patchy service, no breakfast is provided (unlike many of the other hotels around here) rooms are drafty and I expected better customer service from the staff when I was having so many issues.

5. I last stayed at this hotel as a kid with my family in the mid-80s, and when deciding on a hotel for my current family (2 kids: 6 and 4 years old) for a Disney vacation, I was skeptical that it would be outdated, tired, and past its prime.
