1. I had purposefully asked for the double bed room, not queen, to avoid highway noise.

3. We avoided the buffet restaurants nearby after reading the reviews and went to The Cheesecake Factory and Restaurants at the Anaheim Garden Walk Shops (about 5 minute walk) which serves great food.

9. All in all I would still recommend this hotel but if you want to avoid such an experience my advice would be to put the 'do not disturb' sign on your door.

10. We had been there all week , why wern't we advised earlier on booking or at least at check in ? That is not good enough , it is one of their big selling points and to stop their Hotel Guests from using the facility is just not on as far as I'm concerned , we had planned for the Saturday to be a rest day to avoid the weekend crowds and we had hoped for the kids to get play time on the slides - unfortunately HoJos thought more of an external group than their paying guests - that was very disapointing .
