1. When we returned the next evening the hotel had fixed the problem with the hot tub and we all enjoyed it for the 2 nights to follow.

4. To avoid being too long with this review, let me just say the Sales / Banquet / Front Office Staff's were top notch in terms of accommodating our needs as well as finding solutions for the various problems that seem to always occur whenever we travel as a program.
