1. 2 negatives: the tile floor around the pool was disgusting- wads of hair, pieces of drowned paper, maybe some other little bits and bobs i didn't want to examine too closely.

This works VERY well generally - I don't leave a negative review, the feedback can improve the experience for others, and I often return to use the concession and see if any change has been made - but I'm not even interested in coming back here, and I don't think you should either, which is why I'm writing today.

10. The Hotel is due for renovation in the near future and they appear to be apologetic about that - probably because of the negative reviews.
