1. Despite the 'Peace & Quiet' (guess that doesn't mean 'do not disturb') sign on our door, at 9am, housekeeping vacuums the hallway in front of our door.

10. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, USA Today was delivered every morning under my room door, the maids respected my "Do Not disturb" sign and the room was large and pleasant with easy temperature control.
