My first room had mold rings in the toilet (as well as urine and toilet tissue), 'spotted' seat, ferocious dust bunnies on the bathroom counter (a vent fan that hadn`t been cleaned in years), the sliding door didn`t have a handle (made great whistle and dust show), the 'internet' was unplugged, tangled wired behind my NIGHTSTAND.
