1. The heater/aircond also seemed to have just one level so I had to decide before retiring whether I wanted to turn it off and allow the room to get cold (and to hear the extraneous noises throughout the hotel) or keep it on and throw off the covers as it got a little too warm (but the 'white noise' of the fan drowned out noisy hotel guests.
