1. There are a lot of bars/ restaurants in the area and can probably be a bit rowdy when there is something going on like the balloon festival, or on the weekends.

2. minus: noisy, awakend by rowdy crowds outside room at 3 am, most likely after hour party goers, had to call main desk to get them to quiet down.
