8. There were times when the WiFi supposedly available throughout the hotel was balky at best--there were times when it worked perfectly; others, however, when it was simply impossible to get a signal within our room, but the hotel seems aware of the problem and is working to upgrade its service.

10. The only problem we experienced was that there is no elevator and so when we had a room on the second floor on the return trip we had to drag our heavy luggage up the stairs.
