1. The comforter on one of the beds had lipstick stains, the information binder on the desk had concert ticket stubs from a past guest dated June 12 as well as a doctor's appointment dated June 10, which means that either the room had not been cleaned since then or they don't clean very well.

3. Furniture was dated and the rug moderately clean--I told the maid to definitely vacuum the rug again in our room which she did (Oh by the way, any request of the staff is taken care of fast and courteously--when we arrived there were no tissues and a maid brought up a box fast.
