1. Rooms are clean and at first glance look nice from the fairly recent renovations but the popcorn ceiling remains and the beds are very hard and the pillows thin and flimsy.

2. hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, very tasty homemade green Chile stew (which was usually gone before we made it for breakfast), hash-browns, cottage cheese, canned strawberry and peach and assortment of pastry and cereal.

3. My husband went to the front desk to request another room and the woman there told him in a very rude way, that they did not have any other rooms available as they were booked solid (Really hard to believe from parking lot occupancy, as well as amount of lit rooms), and that the only thing that they could do was change the stained comforter, and that 'maybe' by the next day they could move us to another room.

4. The breakfast was beyond the 'continental' of most hotels and included scrambled and hard boiled eggs each morning with either sausage or bacon.

7. Add to that the vaunted 'manager's reception' each day except Sunday evening, a nice extra touch, with its free alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks and snacks and it is hard to imagine how others have in the past been so critical of the food service.

10. Don`t park near a sprinkler- I had to work very hard to wash off the spots- but the areas are marked well- I just ignored them.
