3. The room was clean, sheets were clean, room was recently renovated, albeit by somebody with no style and colorblind to boot, but it at least there was not mold or scary stains on the carpet.

4. A huge water stain and bubbling on the ceiling (looked as if it was going to cave soon), half the phone buttons were gone, the TV showed only snow and when examined, the cable cord was frayed, everything (walls, floor, door,etc) was in need of repair.
