3. Our window was broken, luckily we were on the third floor but it got very cold, and the heat had only one setting which was 80 so then we got heated out, heard sirens all night and loud cars, and they wouldnt move us to another room.

4. No towels; women and men offering themselves (or drugs?) with doors open; loud and offensive partying from 2 - 5 am (even earplugs didn't help); and multiple bedbug bites (we hope we didn't stow any bugs in our suitcase).
