My only two issues were (1) no closet space or even hooks on the walls to hang anything, (2) it was a bit noisy at night from the streetcars, Muni and vehicular traffic, and (3) wireless internet was an additional fee which we paid but then didn't get any service (this wasn't the hotel's fault, the internet service is provided by a third party).

6. The room we stayed at was small but it had a nice window overlooking the street, though it was a bit noisy at night as it's on one of the main roads.

9. The hotel, room and common areas were dimunitive and the back rooms faced a construction site that was noisy and unsightly but unless you plan on spending a lot of time inside your room during the day it will not be an issue.
