4. If your not afraid of a bad area and are happy to run 'The Gauntlet' every trip you take into the city, and you also are happy for a small hostel style room then this will suit you for value.

6. Korean accidently dropped his key to the elevator shaft (elevator was very old and depreciated, with hand-operated door that had to be closed several times because of bad door close detector) just after checkin.

9. We experienced this in two rooms (on the second and the third floor) in December of 2009 (we were relocated because of the bad smells).

10. BUT ITS NOT ALL BAD, THERE IS A NICE RESTURANT ON THE CORNER WHERE YOU CAN MAKE PLANS WHERE TO STAY ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT.
